Kentucky Fried Chicken in Heidelberg

The order only arrived after at least 1h30min ... that wouldn't have been so bad if it hadn't been for a burger menu that I ordered. When I tried to call KFC Heidelberg, nobody answered! Something similar has happened to me 3 times at KFC ... you wonder if this fast food chain doesn't give a damn about its customers at all !!

No respect and bad management. Order to pick up is slower than the normal waiting line which takes ~ 20min.

Unfortunately not to be recommended. The ordered food of over 30 € was in no way enjoyable. The portions too small, the food cold, the fries not seasoned, the chicken 0 crispy. Didn't think that such poor quality was even possible. Definitely 0 out of 5 stars

Food is always amazing here and worker's provide great service ?

I waited 2 hours for my order. The only English-speaking supplier called me twice and said that at first he didn't have my address and that the two of them couldn't find my street. The ultra long wait and calls show the restaurant's ineptitude and unskilled service. It wasn't the first time either.

Unfortunately not to be recommended at all. The food tastes like it should taste at KFC and unfortunately it ends now. It looks very dirty, the staff has a very unpleasant tone to each other and also to the customer. We had a waiting time of 50 minutes (from standing in line to receiving the food) everything seemed to go very haphazardly. It's a shame.

Completely rude salutation when you call here. Not even the base (they can be polite). Chicken taste good, but workers behavior too bad.

Been there 3 times so far, can't say anything bad about the food, was always good. The staff was always friendly.

Tastes like KFC should taste. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The Corona measures are implemented very well here. In general, it could look a bit clean and tidy. There is also enough parking space in the underground car park or on the roadside.

worst kfc i have ever been to! if you want to get something to eat you have to wait at least 1 hour as the delivery orders seem to go ahead and the staff has a speed of a turtle! sorry that had to be now

Would like to give zero stars but unfortunately not ... at 20:00 sharp man is sent out Man has to order via Lieferando but what kind of tone this statement was made was simply a mess PS: don't come from Heidelberg and therefore didn't have an address to which we could have had it delivered

Waiting 20 minutes for my order is ridiculous, especially when everyone who orders after me got their food in front of me. The food was cold, the fillet tasted like it was 3 days old and the French fries didn't taste like anything.

The best fried chicken in heidelberg. But they serve somehow extremely slow.

Eating as usual, however, the service did not invent speed.

Just have about Lieferando. Ordered the food from KFC. Called after 2 hours, we were told that the food was on its way, waited 40 minutes again, called, the statement was like 2 days ago, there had been an accident, so the driver needed longer! After a long back and forth, the gentleman on the phone simply hung up the phone. Although we asked to cancel the order !!!! Not worth a star. 3 1 / 2h later the food came, cold!

Bad Taste, not fresh

Delivery was an hour late and only after I called there. Burger + Hot Wings were cold and dry ... never again.

Delivery time under all sau. Eat cold. Ordered in Lieferando. It says it takes 20 minutes. After about 40 minutes, the delivery time will be extended to 10 minutes. Still not there after the 10 minutes. Then I waited another 30 minutes and the food didn't arrive. So I ordered somewhere else. Thanks, never again -, -.

Wanted to give the store a second try. Just an unfriendly employee, totally overwhelmed. Store dirty. Standing puddles of water on the kitchen floor. After an unreasonable wait, I canceled my visit.

Unfortunately, my visit didn't make me a fan. For me, the products are not worth their price. Food is otherwise okay. Still below average for me: that's why 2 stars.

Disgusting. Employees sweep the dirt and leftovers from the table onto the floor to leave them there. Stuck food everywhere. The whole store is hygienically marginal.

Management should teach workers the importance of sanitary measures when handling food. What's the essence of wearing gloves to serve food when the workers use the same glove to touch the money, multiple surfaces, their clothes, their brows and occasionally scratch their scalps? Then when attention is drawn to this by customers, your worker's get offended. Your branch here is getting worse by the years. Most of your current employees are rude and disrespectful to customers. I know it's just a fast food joint, but you owe the public you serve food to the duty of a sanitary and customer friendly service. Also, teach your workers how to disinfect their hands and not just change a sweaty used up glove in between shifts.

Ordered chicken pieces to take away today, specially pointed out that you don't want breast meat please. Arrived at home, surprise only breast meat except for a part ??. I probably won't go there anymore, very annoying.

No clue if the employees working at this place are not happy or they have too much to handle taking orders at the counter apart from taking orders for delivering food, the customer Service was awful last week. It took 20 minutes for someone to say a simple Hi.. just stood at the counter for someone take an order. Once I ordered... the food I got is a joke. Filet bites did not have the usual Batter..it tasted funny..

Went on a quiet/slow day.....the staff is so friendly and hard working (even if we couldn't speak German) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ?

The colonel is a demanding master, but he never disappoints.

Staff was ok but the place shared space with Pizza Hut and there were some questionable people aggroing around

These guys could do better with customer service Edit: they lack a consistent staff .so at times they do have great guys taking orders and at times it's simply a nightmare

The worst KFC experience ever!!

I waited three hours for delivery. I couldn’t get my food even though I waited in front of the building. The restaurant said it would send me food again, but eventually I got a refund without an agreement. I have not received any apologies. The worst restaurant ever.
